Objective
Tiletoria, one of South Africa’s leading flooring and sanware companies, needed a website that reflected their brand’s quality, style and forward-thinking approach. Their previous website was outdated, difficult to navigate and offered limited value to potential customers. As a business that doesn’t offer ecommerce, Tiletoria needed their website to serve as a powerful online catalogue — allowing customers to browse products and request quotes from their Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban branches.
Strategy
I proposed a full website overhaul with a clean, minimalistic design to better reflect the Tiletoria brand. Our goal was to improve user experience and drive customer engagement through enhanced functionality and visual appeal.
Key improvements included:
· Room visualizer tool to help customers preview products in real-life spaces
· Functional product filter to allow users to easily narrow down product selections by category, colour, finish, size and more
· Product optimisation to ensure all items were consistently categorised, labelled and displayed
· Simplified layout and intuitive navigation to streamline the browsing experience
· Enhanced quote request system linked to relevant branch locations
· Full SEO optimisation to boost visibility and attract organic traffic
Results
While the website optimisation project remains ongoing, the new website design has been successfully launched.
Digital Marketing
Objective
Tiletoria had an established offline reputation but only a basic online presence limited to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. I was tasked with helping Tiletoria build a stronger digital footprint that reflected their premium brand, reached new audiences and generated engagement across multiple platforms.
Strategy
I developed a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to expand Tiletoria’s presence across all major platforms while aligning content with their brand identity and business goals.
The multi-channel approach included:
· Platform Expansion: Introduced Tiletoria to Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube — broadening reach and tapping into new customer segments
· Optimised Content Creation: Developed tailored content for each platform, including reels, product videos, design inspiration posts, weekly blog posts, and more
· Social Media Management: Scheduled, published, and engaged with audiences consistently across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube
· Paid Advertising: Launched targeted Meta ad campaigns to promote product categories, sale ranges, and drive website traffic
· Google Ads: Implemented performance max campaigns to capture high-intent traffic and increase visibility in local markets
· Ongoing Strategy & Reporting: Monthly performance reviews and content planning ensured continual growth and refinement

Overview
I provide Tiletoria with ongoing graphic design support across a wide range of visual assets. As a brand that values quality and aesthetic consistency, Tiletoria relies on our team to ensure every touchpoint — from digital to print — reflects their professional, modern identity.
My design work includes:

Visual storytelling is a key part of Tiletoria’s brand strategy, and our team works closely with them to capture high-quality content that resonates across platforms.
My services include:
· Stock video production tailored for sales campaigns, product promotions, and brand storytelling
· Monthly reel content creation as part of their digital marketing package—delivering engaging, platform-optimised short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
· Event videography & production during major sales events and in-store activations to capture dynamic content for event marketing
